Few Words About Us

We aim to build & strengthen a new level of R&D setup in the conventional hierarchy of the industry. Conventionally manufacturing industries have 2 or 3 internal levels of R&D setups starting from technology houses (R&D) to Engineering houses (Development & Engineering). We aim to work as a bridge between these engineering houses and academic institutions so that design processes or design activities of repeated nature or moderate severity may be carried out by college students under suitable guidance of their faculties and/or our consultants.

Basikz was formally registered in October 2017, by a group of emerging entrepreneurs having 6 to 7 years of work experience in various fields in electronics industry. Our team comprises of experience holders in development of airworthy Display Units, Lighting panels, LED lights, Power Supply units and Inverters for India's Indigenous Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) - TEJAS. We have experts in component selection, circuit design, circuit verification, engineering prototype, validation, qualification testing, documentation and supply chain management. Our team is well versed with the production concepts like design for manufacturability, maintainability, testability, reliability & 6 sigma.

History

Prior to formal registration, it went through an incubation phase of 9 years organizing various hands-on workshops and technical sessions at various academic institutions.
